What is Club 1910?
Club 1910 is Junaid Perfumes’ loyalty program, a tier-based cashback wallet system designed to recognize and reward loyal customers. It aims to encourage repeat purchases, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term relationships while ensuring fairness, accuracy, and consistency in wallet allocation, and preventing fraudulent activity.

Earning Cashback
How you earn cashback:
- Cashback is earned primarily through qualifying purchases.
- Present your digital card or mobile at the time of purchase.
- Cashback is credited to your account within 7 days of purchase.
- Use your cashback at any Junaid Perfumes outlet or online.
- Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other accounts and must be used in a single transaction.
- No credit will be added when the rewards wallet balance is used.
- Items purchased with wallet credit cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Tier / wallet credit will be reset after a 12-month period without any activity following the last transaction added to the customer account.

Sales Return and Exchange
1. Returned or refunded purchases will result in the deduction and reversal of corresponding wallet points (cash back).
2. Exchanges only. No return will be accepted for invoices on which credit was issued and has already been used.
3. For online store orders involving redeemed points:
• If the order is canceled and returned after shipment, the points will be deducted and canceled.
• If the order is canceled before shipment, the points will be refunded to your membership wallet.
Terms and Privacy
- All customer data collected during loyalty program registration and cashback earning will be handled in accordance with Junaid Perfumes Privacy Policy.
- Customer information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Junaid Perfumes reserves the right to revoke membership, terminate the program, or amend terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
